System For Rapid Business Start up

The System of Rapid Opening of Companies (SARE) is a free program that provides advice to people wishing to start a business in the nine municipalities in the metropolitan area of Monterrey.

Small businesses are low risk, this means that Ecology and Civil Protection must agree not to cause harm to the community. Each municipality has its catalog and is about 280 turns.

Guidance on procedures, timing and requirements to start and do not need an appointment.

 

Requisitos

• The main activity being recorded in the catalog of low-risk money approved by each municipality. Examples: bakery, grocery, wines and spirits, among others
• Not require changes in land use.
• To have an area with less than or equal to the surface of 1000.00 m2 (one thousand square meters).
• To have a construction area, less than or equal to 1500.00 m2 (one five hundred sauare meters), excluding parking. It must be previously approved and built.
• to have parking needed for the business activity that it intends to operate on, under the current normatividad and the regulation of every municipality.
• Submit the following documents to the municipality for hours in the 9:00 to 15:00 am:
• Copy of property title and purchase contract.
• Copy of the constitution and power of the representative, in the case of corporate.
• Copies of the document attesting to the legality of the property.
• Copies of the document attesting to the legality of the property.
• Opening single format. Should be required in the municipality. each has its form.
